Tourists visiting the Large Hadron Collider claim to have filmed a strange vortex of clouds and an Unidentified Flying Object flying into it just above the LHC. According to clips, swirling clouds appear in the sky just above the nuclear research tunnels, a mysterious orb of light appears in the sky and travels towards the center of the vortex before mysteriously vanishing along with the clouds. The footage has sparked an online debate between believers and skeptics who still cannot agree whether the footage is real or just another hoax.
Since appearing online, the video has been viewed over a quarter million times yet its authenticity still remains a great enigma. One commentator wrote on YouTube that the video is a hoax and was created using CGI. Others, however, don’t seem to agree and stress that there are mysterious things going on at the LHC.
The Large Hadron Collider is the largest and most powerful particle collider currently on planet Earth. It was built by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and enables physicist to collide particle at velocities approaching the speed of light. One of the most notable discoveries of the LHC was the discovery of the so-called “God Particle”. Stephen Hawking says that the “God particle” that scientists believe created the universe might actually end up destroying it. It could prove to be an uncontrollable force for humanity.
The “God Particle” “has the disturbing feature” that it could become unstable at very high energies and create a “black hole” that would collapse the entire universe argues Professor Hawking.
At full capacity, the Large Hadron Collider can smash protons at a speed of one billion per second. That is a number that is almost unimaginable to most of us.
Scientists hope that the Large Hadron Collider will help them understand how our universe came into existence. Technically speaking, everything important that occurs in the LHC is happening inside tunnels that have around 26.7 kilometers in length and all at a subatomic scale. Many believe that the LHC has a mysterious cosmic connection embedded into its construction. The basic configuration of the LHC complex consists of a large loop, the LHC, with a diameter of about 8.5 kilometers and a smaller loop called the “Super Proton Synchrotron” (MSF), tangentially positioned inside the LHC, used as the final proton injector beam to the LHC, with a diameter of around 2.2 kilometers.
According to bibliotecapleyades.net, the size difference between the LHC and SPS correspond to Earth and Moon, respectively.
Scientists around the world have suggested that weird experiments taking place at CERN could either open a black hole and destroy the world or open a portal to another dimension.
The truth is that until today, most of the experiments taking place at the Large Hadron Collider remains a profound mystery. Videos like the one in this article seem to indicate that whatever is going on inside the LHC could prove to be far beyond our understanding.
